Our Commitment

File a New Report

Valmont is committed to high ethical standards and strict compliance with the law in all of our operations. A key component of Valmont’s compliance program is open communication. To foster open communication, Valmont has developed this Compliance Reporting System. Valmont’s Compliance Reporting System is operated by a third-party, NAVEX Global, and allows employees to make anonymous reports of potentially unethical behavior or concerns, including violations of Valmont’s Code of Business Conduct.

All information reported to the Compliance Reporting System will be reviewed and investigated. Employees reporting information may remain anonymous, at their discretion. Any information reported through the Compliance Reporting System will remain confidential except as required by law or as provided hereunder. The Vice President – Audit, Chief Legal Officer, and Vice President – Human Resources will receive notification of all information reported to the Compliance Reporting System and will take action as necessary. Information provided may be disclosed to the Board of Directors, Senior Management, and to others as necessary to conduct an appropriate investigation.

Valmont’s employees are the key to maintaining our reputation for unquestionable integrity. Therefore, be assured that Valmont’s leadership actively encourages employees to report all potential ethical concerns or violations of the Valmont Code of Business Conduct.

If you have any questions about Valmont’s Compliance Reporting System, please feel free to contact Valmont’s Chief Legal Officer.

Valmont Industries, Inc. is committed to complying with all laws and regulations applicable to its businesses.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
