Should you become aware of any act or omission which you think violates the law or University policies or procedures, we urge you to speak with your supervisor, any senior University official or the Director of Human Resources. In situations where reporting through regular channels may be uncomfortable or otherwise inappropriate, the University has selected EthicsPoint to provide you with simple, anonymous and confidential reporting. This confidential Compliance Helpline service supplements, but does not replace or supersede, existing reporting methods.

Reports submitted via EthicsPoint will be handled as promptly and as confidentially as feasible, consistent with University policies and applicable federal, state and local laws. Benedictine University personnel will review all reports submitted through Ethics Point. However, please be aware that it may not be feasible for the University to complete its investigation and follow-up on certain types of reports if you choose to remain anonymous.
