Ethics, Compliance and Complaints

Oxfam is a global organization working to end the injustice of poverty. We help people build better futures for themselves, hold the powerful accountable, and save lives in disasters. Our mission is to tackle the root causes of poverty and create lasting solutions.

Oxfam America's mission grows out of a deep commitment to human dignity. This commitment extends to our staff and the people we serve in the form of a safe and supportive work environment and to donors in the form of operational transparency and financial accountability.
