We will make sure no action is taken against anyone who reports, in good faith, actual or suspected misconduct. Any such action would be, in itself, a breach of our policy.

In some countries, local laws restrict the types of reports that can be accepted through this system. These restrictions generally limit reporting to financial, accounting, auditing, and bribery matters. Additionally, reports cannot be submitted for countries where notification or registration with local data protection authorities is currently pending. If you wish to report matters outside those allowed for your jurisdiction, please contact a member of your local management team, Human Resources department, Legal department, or Office and Ethics Compliance department.
