About the Colleague Relations Helpline

The Helpline is a tool provided by Rentokil Terminix to report potential violations of the law or Code of Conduct. Rentokil Terminix has contracted NAVEX (an independent company) to help administer the helpline by offering secure telephone and web-based systems for reporting concerns.

Rentokil Terminix expects that all reports made through the system are made in good faith. All good faith reports will be thoroughly investigated in a timely manner. Rentokil Terminix prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith or cooperates in a company investigation.
