We have selected EthicsPoint to provide us with an anonymous and confidential method for reporting conduct that may be unethical, illegal, in violation of professional standards, or otherwise inconsistent with Chesapeake’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. EthicsPoint is an independent third party hotline that is available 24/7, 365 days a year.
Before contacting the Chesapeake Ethics and Integrity Helpline, we strongly encourage you to consider whether or not you can directly raise your concern with your supervisor, the Human Resources Employee Relations team, or the Corporate Security & Ethics team. However, we realize there may be some circumstances when you are not comfortable reporting the issue in this manner. The Helpline provides another outlet for reporting ethics issues.
To anonymously report harassment, discrimination, theft, violence, fraud, or any other workplace wrongdoing, call (877) CHK-8007 toll free or submit your concern online . A live operator will ask you a series of questions about the incident you are reporting. Please be honest and straightforward, providing enough details to allow the company to investigate the situation thoroughly and address/resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner. Please note that if you elect to remain anonymous, we will only be able to contact you through this report.
