Thank you for contacting the Capital Health Corporate Compliance Hotline. Your input and concerns are valued, welcome and important to us. Capital Health is dedicated to pursuing its mission of delivering the highest quality healthcare services to the communities we serve with integrity, honesty and in faithful compliance with the law. The challenge of meeting our legal and ethical obligations has never been greater. We need all of our stakeholders, employees, managers, directors, regulatory and business partners and patients to work collectively toward this goal.

To help meet this most solemn obligation, Capital Health created its "Corporate Compliance Program". Under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer, our Corporate Compliance Program assists our employees in fulfilling their most basic responsibility: following the law at all times in the everyday performance of their jobs. The Corporate Compliance program also provides our employees, business partners and patients with clear channels to address actual or perceived violations of our Code of Ethics, our rules for protecting patient confidentiality and privacy or any other potential illegal or unethical conduct.

One such channel is Capital's Corporate Compliance Hotline. This hotline is designed to provide a confidential and effective way to report potential violations of corporate compliance policy, law, regulation, federal healthcare program standards or other concerns.

Capital Health employees and business partners have an affirmative duty to report suspected violations to the Compliance Office. These reports allow Capital to identify and appropriately resolve potential problems and we greatly appreciate your cooperation in this important effort.
