Novozymes has established the Whistleblower Hotline to substantiate and support Novozymes' commitment to conduct business in a financially, socially, and environmentally responsible way.
If you become aware of illegal or unethical misconduct, we strongly encourage you to report it to Novozymes either through your regular channels of communication or using Novozymes' Whistleblower Hotline.
You may always use the Whistleblower Hotline for reporting of concerns relating to business integrity, fraud and other economic or financial violations. In most countries, you may also use the Whistleblower Hotline for reporting of concerns relating to human rights, environmental protection as well as concerns relating to certain other categories of serious matters. Novozymes' Whistleblower Hotline is hosted by an independent third party, EthicsPoint, in order to ensure a straightforward, confidential, secure, and convenient way of reporting. All incoming reports will be forwarded to Novozymes' General Counsel for review and investigation.
Any report you submit in good faith and based on real concerns will help Novozymes to protect the interests of Novozymes’ employees, customers, business partners, and other stakeholders.
