The Paper Excellence Group’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct requires all employees, officers, and directors to observe high standards of business and personal ethics. As employees and representatives of Paper Excellence Group, we must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling our responsibilities and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Paper Excellence Group is committed to open communications, and we want you to feel comfortable in approaching your Management Team or a Human Resources representative in situations where you believe violations of the law, the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, or any other applicable company policies and/or procedures may have occurred. In addition to this open-door Policy, Paper Excellence Group maintains a Whistleblower Program as another means to receive questions and concerns in connection with actual or perceived unethical behavior. Paper Excellence Group’s Policy and Procedures for the Submission of Whistleblower Complaints complements our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct by providing an avenue for employees and non-employees to raise concerns and assures them that they will be protected from retaliation.

Paper Excellence Group has selected EthicsPoint, a reporting tool created by NAVEX, to provide you with a way to report actual or perceived violations of the law, the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, or any other applicable company policies and/or procedures confidentially and anonymously. You may file a report on this site or contact EthicsPoint by dialing the international toll-free numbers available to you as you select the country you are reporting from.

Paper Excellence Group will treat all reports as confidential and privileged to the fullest extent permitted by law. A reporter is encouraged to put his/her name to any complaint he/she makes, but it may also be made anonymously, where permitted by local laws.
