EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service:
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.

Every employee, regardless of position, shares in the responsibility for promoting a positive work culture. MCC has implemented a confidential reporting system, managed by a third-party partner, EthicsPoint. While we hope you would feel comfortable bringing forward potential ethical issues and concerns or general policy questions to your direct supervisor or to Human Resources, we understand this is not always the case.

The MCC Ethics Hotline provides an alternative way to communicate your concerns confidentially, to report misconduct that you observe or to gain clarity on whether or not something is cause for concern. All questions, allegations and suggestions will be reviewed and responded to in a timely and appropriate manner.

To submit a potential allegation or ask a question, you may file a report via this website or by calling toll-free at (866) 405-6594, and an EthicsPoint Contact Center Specialist will facilitate the call. Again, your information remains confidential, you remain anonymous, and you will receive instructions on how to access your report on the EthicsPoint website so you can track progress on follow up.

We encourage you to use this system to report issues, concerns or general questions/suggestions you feel are appropriate.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Attention! This webpage is hosted on EthicsPoint's secure servers and is not part of the McHenry County College website or intranet.
