Poly is committed to maintaining the highest standards of business ethics and conduct. We believe in doing what is right – all of the time, wherever we are located.
We deeply value your input. That is why we have selected EthicsPoint to provide Poly associates, business partners, vendors, investors, and the general public with an anonymous and confidential method to voice concerns and/or report suspected misconduct.
Please take some time to review the Poly Code of Conduct. Our Code of Conduct sets out Poly’s standards of business conduct which require honesty, accountability, integrity, and fairness in dealing with each other and with Poly’s business partners, vendors, investors, competitors, and the general public.
If you discover events of a questionable, unethical, fraudulent, or illegal nature or that are, or may be, in violation of Poly’s Code of Conduct or other Poly policies, you should promptly report the matter. You may report the matter through any one of the following mechanisms: this EthicsPoint site (which can be done anonymously if you so choose), or to Poly’s Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Human Resources Departments.
