Our Dedication

Welcome to the Arthrex Corporate Compliance Helpline. In order to maintain the highest ethical, business and legal standards, Arthrex is committed to following all applicable laws and regulations, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, and the Arthrex Code of Conduct. It is essential for Arthrex to continue to demonstrate a strong ethical commitment to ensure a safe, trustworthy law-abiding environment within the corporation. The commitment to ethical conduct and values is vital to maintain the integrity between employees at all levels, the community and our valued customers. Employees are expected to comply and be familiar with the federal, national and state laws, rules and regulations and to uphold the ethical standards Arthrex maintains.

To encourage transparency and open lines of communication, Arthrex partnered with EthicsPoint to create a confidential helpline to report misconduct while protecting the privacy of the reporter. The helpline provides access for people seeking to report possible instances of wrongdoing. Arthrex encourages employees to seek resolution with first line management whenever possible. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. Callers will not be subject to retaliation by making a good-faith report of potential misconduct and personal identity will remain anonymous.

Arthrex is responsible for a corporate culture of ethical conduct and will treat each reporting instance, whether in person or on the helpline, confidentially and expeditiously. Information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
