Arthrex is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and corporate compliance.

Make a Report Online or By Phone

Before you submit your report, you will select a password of your choice. After submitting, you will be given a “Report Key.” Please keep a record of these credentials, as they will allow you to follow up on your report anonymously. After 5-6 business days use the “View Reports” link below. The Arthrex team will review your report within that timeframe and might have additional questions for you based on the information you provided in your report. Receiving answers to these additional questions is often critically important to give your report due consideration.

Our Dedication

Welcome to Arthrex’s Ethics Helpline. Arthrex is committed to operating with the highest standards of conduct and in compliance with all applicable laws, industry codes, the Arthrex Global Code of Conduct and policies. Our commitment to ethical conduct ensures a safe, trustworthy and law-abiding environment that enables us to achieve our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better ™. Employees are expected to act in alignment with the ethical standards Arthrex upholds.

Speaking Up

Leading with integrity includes speaking up to report misconduct. Whenever possible, employees are encouraged to seek resolution by discussing their concerns with management. Any individual, within or outside of Arthrex, who would like to report instances of wrongdoing may utilize EthicsPoint, a confidential helpline available 24/7 that protects the privacy of the reporter. Reporters will not be subject to retaliation by making a good-faith report of potential misconduct and personal identity will remain anonymous where permitted by local law.

Arthrex is responsible for a corporate culture of compliance and will treat each reporting instance, whether made in person or through the helpline, confidentially and expeditiously. Information provided through the Ethics Helpline will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis unless you choose to reveal your identity. While making reports online or by phone through the helpline is strongly encouraged, reporters in certain EU countries also have the option of making reports through a local contact. A list of local contacts for these countries can be found here.

Thank you for your uncompromising commitment to Arthrex’s culture of compliance. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
