The TEFIS feedback system is a confidential, anonymous system where you can share concerns and suggestions. TAMKO Building Products LLC established this system as a way for you to offer feedback to me and other senior leaders securely and anonymously without fear of retaliation. TEFIS is not a complaint box, but rather a safe and secure place for you to share your thoughts and concerns in the spirit of Continuous Improvement.
Your feedback might concern:
- Suggestions for improvement
- Support for or appreciation of something or someone at TAMKO
- Possible safety, legal or policy violations
TEFIS is operated by EthicsPoint, an independent company. Feedback is relayed by EthicsPoint to me and other senior leaders for review and possible action.
EthicsPoint will not disclose your name, e-mail address or other identifying information to TAMKO, unless you choose. Your identity and anonymity are secure when you use TEFIS.
