Maxim Integrated Products (Maxim) is committed to promoting and maintaining high standards of corporate governance and ethical business conduct. Honest and ethical business conduct is critical to our business. Maxim’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (Code of Conduct), which has been adopted by our Board of Directors, embodies accepted ethical standards and captures certain legal and regulatory requirements. As an employee you must adhere to the Code of Conduct as well as other Maxim polices. It is your responsibility to read and understand the Code of Conduct. If you have any questions on how it applies to conduct in any given situation, you should contact the Compliance Officer.

The audit committee, board, and management team at Maxim value your input. We encourage you to bring concerns, or suspected violations to the attention of your local supervisor or local human resources representative. In addition, we have selected EthicsPoint to provide us with an optional anonymous and confidential method for you to report misconduct or suspected violations of the Code Conduct, where permitted by law. Please keep in mind that in some circumstances, it may be more difficult or even impossible for Maxim to thoroughly investigate reports that are made anonymously. The company therefore encourages employees to share their identity when reporting. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our goal is to assure and enhance the integrity, people, processes, and assets needed by all stakeholders of Maxim. We also believe that our communication, internal controls, and processes must constantly adapt to the changing needs and objectives of the company as well as to the changing marketplace.
