- Complete the report
- At the conclusion, you will receive a unique code called a "Report Key" and asked to create a personal password. Retain this information in a safe place and use it to review, amend, or check for questions from the University
Submit a Report via Phone
- Dial 1-866-478-9804 and complete your report with a trained hotline specialist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year
- If you require translation services the hotline specialist will conference in the appropriate translator

Follow-up on a Report
- Seven business days after completion of your report, you may follow-up on the report by returning to this website or dialing 1-866-478-9804
- In order to review, amend or follow-up on your report, you will need the "Report Key" and your personal password.
- The University may have questions for you relating to the report. Anonymous reporters are encouraged to refer back to the EthicsPoint website with the code received upon filing a report to check for questions from the University.
All reports submitted through EthicsPoint will be given careful attention by the appropriate Princeton University Administrators. Submissions to the University Hotline will be routed to and evaluated by the Vice President and Chief Audit and Compliance Officer and the Vice President and General Counsel.
