Jabil Circuit, Inc., and its subsidiaries, is committed to maintaining the highest ethical and legal standards of business conduct. All Jabil employees, including temporary employees, consultants and anyone acting on Jabil’s behalf, must conduct day-to-day business activities in an honest and ethical manner.

Jabil’s Global Compliance Department is responsible for administering Jabil’s Business Conduct and Ethics Program (“The Program”). The Program is based on Jabil’s core values and informs employees of policies and procedures regarding ethical business conduct, assists employees with resolving business conduct and ethics questions and provides an avenue for employees to report concerns.

Every Jabil employee has the responsibility to ask questions, seek guidance, report suspected violations, and express concerns regarding proper business conduct. Retaliation against employees who use the company reporting mechanisms to raise good-faith concerns will not be tolerated.

The Jabil Code

The Jabil Code is our statement of business conduct standards and underscores our core business values. The Jabil Code provides employees a framework of ethical business conduct standards that help employees make proper and ethical business decisions in order protect our shareholders, customers, and fellow employees.

Integrity is the cornerstone of how Jabil does business. All interactions with customers, vendors, suppliers, shareholders and fellow employees must be conducted with the utmost integrity, honesty and mutual respect in accordance with the Jabil Code.

Jabil needs the help of all its employees to maintain the highest standards of professional and ethical business conduct. The Management Team, Board of Directors and Audit Committee at Jabil Circuit, Inc. value your input. If you learn of any suspected violation of Jabil Policy or a government law or regulation, please report it to the company, either by speaking to a supervisor or by using the Global Compliance Hotline.

Any attempt to misuse the Global Compliance Hotline to intentionally harm a person through false accusations or other wrongful conduct is prohibited. However, honest reports made in good faith will be taken seriously and dealt with appropriately.

What happens when I access the Global Compliance Hotline website?

The Global Compliance Hotline is administered by a third party, EthicsPoint, Inc. You may log on to www.ethicspoint.com to:

  • ask a question
  • file a report
  • follow-up on a prior report

When you log on, a series of prompts will instruct you how to accomplish your task. When filing a report, you will be asked to provide the most detailed information possible about the incident. You may choose to remain anonymous when submitting your question or report; however, doing so may limit a full investigation of the matter. Therefore, you are encouraged to identify yourself.

Your report will be logged and forwarded to the Global Compliance Department of Jabil Circuit, Inc., led by the Chief Compliance Officer for resolution. The Global Compliance Hotline cannot provide you advice or resolve your issue directly.

When submitting your question or report, you will be given a report key and asked to create a personal password. You will need this information to access the "Follow up on Report" section on the website to check the status or resolution of the matter you reported. Please check back with the Global Compliance Hotline to:

  • check the accuracy of your report
  • view acknowledgement of your report
  • find out if additional information is needed to process your question/concern
  • view status or updates to your investigation
  • find out the resolution of your matter

Continued follow-up on a matter is particularly important for anonymous reports, where we have no other means to communicate with you, the reporter. If you have identified yourself by name, the Global Compliance Department or a designated subject matter expert will contact you directly to discuss your concern and ask any additional questions we may have.

What happens when I call the Global Compliance Hotline phone number?

The Global Compliance Hotline is administered by a third party, EthicsPoint, Inc. When you place a call to the Global Compliance Hotline, the EthicsPoint call center specialist will capture your question or report, asking you to provide detailed information. You may choose to remain anonymous when speaking with the call center specialist; however, doing so may limit a full investigation of the matter. Therefore, you are encouraged to identify yourself. You should also be prepared, if you are willing, to provide the names of witnesses and potential victims of the alleged unethical conduct to increase the success of an investigation into your complaint.

The specialist forwards your question or report to the Jabil Circuit, Inc. Global Compliance Department led by the Chief Compliance Officer. The EthicsPoint call center specialist cannot provide you advice or resolve your issue over the phone. If your matter is urgent, s/he will provide you with information to contact the Global Compliance Department directly so you can receive immediate assistance.

The call center specialist will provide you with a report key and password for you to access the "Follow up on Report" section on the Global Compliance Hotline web portal, and check the status or resolution of the matter you reported. Please check back with the Hotline to:

What should I do if I lose my report key or password?

Because of the high level of confidentiality that is maintained for reports, if you lose your report key or password, you will be required to file a new report. You can mention in the new report that this matter relates to prior report "X."
