Whistleblower Reporting System by EthicsPoint for the Unitarian Universalist Association
EthicsPoint
Our Commitment
The Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) is committed to lawful and ethical behavior in all of its activities, and requires trustees, employees, and volunteers (including committee members) to act in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, and to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties. For this reason, the UUA has implemented a Whistleblower Reporting System hosted by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint, to facilitate the reporting, recording and timely resolution of concerns.
You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in our Whistleblower Policy. Before filing a report through the Whistleblower Reporting System, UUA employees should first seek to resolve concerns through normal procedures as outlined in the Employee Manual and by reporting it to the appropriate supervisors or to the Director of Human Resources.
See the Frequently Asked Questions for more information.
Please note: This reporting process is dedicated to concerns committed by the UUA or by a UUA officer, trustee, employee, volunteer, agent, or other representative of the UUA. To file a report about a concern committed by a religious professional in service at one of our member congregations, please contact the UUA's Office of Ethics and Safety.
To Make a Report
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
