At Broadcom, we are dedicated to conducting our business in compliance with all applicable laws and consistent with the highest standards of business ethics. Our Code of Ethics and Corporate Conduct provides policies and guidelines for our employees and business partners to follow.
Our corporate policies are designed to prevent the occurrence of unethical or unlawful behavior. It is impossible, however, for the Company to detect all misconduct that may occur. As a result, all employees who know of or suspect a violation of our Code of Ethics and Corporate Conduct or other corporate policies have an affirmative duty to report it. As with the personal commitment to execution and customer service that defines Broadcom, our employees understand that when it comes to protecting the company’s reputation, It Starts With Me.
To facilitate reporting of potential concerns, Broadcom has retained EthicsPoint as an independent, third-party supplier to provide the Broadcom EthicsLine - a confidential and anonymous communication channel for reporting potential breaches under the Code, fraudulent business activity or any other concerns without fear that any action will be taken against the employee.
You can submit a report either over the Internet or by telephone.
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a password and a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, you may use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
If you are located in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, or Sweden, local privacy laws limit use of the EthicsLine to concerns related to finance, auditing, accounting, and anti-bribery matters. If you are located in one of these countries and have any human resources or other concerns, please contact your local HR department.
EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service:
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
