To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service:
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.

Structure Tone is committed to ensuring that our employees conduct themselves in an ethical and honest manner, and that we are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. All of our employees have a responsibility to abide by the Structure Tone Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (“Code”). Our Code sets expectations with respect to matters such as harassment, conflicts of interest, and anti-trust violations, among others.

We have partnered with NAVEX Global (formerly EthicsPoint) to provide you with a confidential system to report your concerns, suggestions or information on misconduct. Your personal information will be kept secure and confidential. You may choose to submit an anonymous report, but we encourage you to reveal your identify so that we may conduct a thorough investigation and follow up with you as needed.

While we hope that you would feel comfortable enough to speak with us directly about your concerns, we also understand that it may be easier to bring forth certain sensitive issues through this confidential reporting method. The most important part of our commitment is that Structure Tone will not permit retaliation for reports made in good faith.

Yours faithfully,

Robert W. Mullen
