Ethics Helpline
At the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS), we strive to foster a work environment based on quality, respect, integrity, openness, and accountability. The CalPERS Ethics Helpline is a way for you to safely report concerns about conduct that may be unethical, illegal, or in violation of professional standards. The information you submit will be treated confidentially.
Immediate Violence or Threats
For issues concerning immediate violence or threats, call 911. If you are at CalPERS headquarters, call Colliers Security at (916) 795-3636. If you are in another country, call your local emergency telephone number.
Report Online
Your web-based report will be routed to EthicsPoint, an independent third party host for the CalPERS Ethics Helpline. It will then be forwarded to the appropriate personnel at CalPERS for review and inquiry. CalPERS Privacy Notice

Calls to the helpline will be answered by EthicsPoint’s trained personnel, and the reports will then be forwarded to CalPERS staff for review.
