Follow-up on a Report

KCTCS has a duty to adhere to high ethical standards and principles. We are committed to ethical conduct and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. All members of the KCTCS community are expected to report potential legal, procedural, and ethical violations. While KCTCS employees are specifically encouraged to work with their supervisors to report issues, the Ethics Helpline provides a way to report concerns if this is not possible.

KCTCS will not take any adverse employment action against an employee bringing issues forward that are reported under KRS Chapter 61.
