Follow-up on a Report Code of Conduct Non-Retaliation Policy Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer Letter

Our Code of Conduct was designed to provide all employees, physicians, contractors, vendors and agents with guidance to perform their daily activities in accordance with all federal, state and local laws.

The compliance committee, board, and management team at RCCH HealthCare Partners and your facility value your input.

We encourage individuals to use the following steps to find answers they need:

  1. If you are not sure about an action, ask these questions:
    1. Is the action legal?
    2. Is it consistent with RCCH values, the Ethics & Compliance Program Guidelines, and company policies and procedures?
  2. Go to your immediate manager or supervisor about the issue
  3. Take the issue to a higher level manager, supervisor, or the facility Ethics and Compliance Officer
  4. Discuss the issue with someone within the Corporate office or contact the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer.

In addition, EthicsPoint provides us with an anonymous and confidential method to hear your suggestions, concerns or report of misconduct. The RCCH HealthCare Partners Ethics Line is your opportunity to report concerns or infractions that you believe are not being handled properly by the facility or in cases where you are uncomfortable discussing these issues with facility personnel.

The critical point is – if you have a concern about the manner in which patient care is being rendered or business is being conducted – we want to hear from you.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
