File a New Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 2-3 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

We believe that integrity is an essential component of today’s business environment and is a significant part of Wesco’s culture. Maintenance of integrity in our business dealings is critical to maintaining trust and credibility with our customers, suppliers and employees. This addresses a wide range of activities and situations involving our relationships with customers, competitors, suppliers, the government, the public and colleagues.

We have selected EthicsPoint to provide us with an anonymous and confidential method for reporting conduct that may be unethical, illegal, in violation of professional standards, or otherwise inconsistent with Wesco’s Corporate Governance Policy. EthicsPoint is an independent third party hotline that is available 24/7, 365 days a year. Before contacting Wesco’s Ethics and Integrity Reporting Helpline, we strongly encourage you to consider whether or not you can directly raise your concern with your supervisor or the Human Resources team. However, we realize there may be some circumstances when you are not comfortable reporting the issue in this manner. Wesco’s Helpline provides another outlet for reporting these issues.

To anonymously report harassment, discrimination, theft, violence, fraud, or any other workplace wrongdoing, employees in the United States and Canada can call 866-827-0592 toll free. Employees in all other locations may access dialing information at the country drop down selection on this site. When reporting via telephone, a live operator will ask you a series of questions about the incident you are reporting. All employees may also submit concerns online. Please be honest and straightforward, providing enough details to allow the company to investigate the situation thoroughly and address/resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner. Please note that if you elect to remain anonymous, we will only be able to contact you through this report.
