What is EthicsPoint?
Airgas is committed to maintaining the highest standards of honesty and accountability. EthicsPoint is a confidential way for you to report your questions and concerns about ethics, compliance, and our Code of Conduct. EthicsPoint is administered by a third-party company, called NAVEX, and is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Who else can I speak to?
Airgas encourages you to speak up in whatever way is most comfortable to you, such as directly to your supervisors, managers, Human Resources, Legal or other appropriate personnel. If you do not feel comfortable doing so, EthicsPoint is another channel you can use to let us know your questions or concerns.
What happens after I reach out to EthicsPoint?
Your web-based report or your call will be routed initially to EthicsPoint, an independent third-party host for the Airgas Ethics and Compliance Hotline. The information you provide will be forwarded to the appropriate personnel for review and investigation. All reports submitted will be taken very seriously by Airgas.
Will my report be secure and confidential?
This webpage is hosted on EthicsPoint’s secure servers and is not part of Airgas website or intranet. If you request to remain anonymous when making your report, we will respect your request. We will also treat your report confidentially to the extent possible.
What is Airgas’ position on retaliation?
Airgas will not permit retaliation of any kind against any associate who submits in good faith a report or a complaint of violation of the Code of Conduct.
EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service.
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
