Symantec appreciates your input and encourages you to report any business conduct concern. All concerns are taken seriously and retaliation against anyone who raises an allegation in good faith is prohibited.
What we do and how we do it matters. Our individual actions and decisions ultimately define whether or not we’re viewed as a company with integrity. We all face tough situations in the course of our day-to-day jobs, but Symantec's Code of Conduct acts as a guidepost to making decisions that are ethical, reflect our values, and engender trust. - Steve Bennett
President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board
Anyone may report a concern related to potential misconduct involving Symantec including a Symantec employee, contractor, supplier, channel member, or customer.
In all countries except those which prohibit anonymous reporting, you may report your concern anonymously by using either the web-based form or Symantec's EthicsLine , which is operated by EthicsPoint. If you choose to make your report anonymously, you will be provided with a report key and asked to create a password. You will need to retain these to return to the report you previously submitted. When you check back, you can monitor the progress on your concern and add additional information, if necessary. This will also allow Symantec to ask follow-up questions, while protecting your anonymity.
If you choose to report anonymously, please take care not to report information that may personally identify you, such as:
» Your reporting relationship to others in the company
» Your physical work location
