To Make a Report


After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Aerojet Rocketdyne thoroughly investigates all alleged violations of laws, regulations, policies, procedures, or the Code of Conduct that occur in the workplace or in off-premises situations with a relationship to the workplace or that affect the workplace.

Aerojet Rocketdyne employees are required to report suspected violations of law, or policy, so that the corporation can investigate and, if appropriate, disclose the misconduct to the appropriate government entities.

There are many ways for employees to report suspected misconduct or ask a question about Ethics or policies. Who you contact depends on the type of concern you have. Reporting avenues include management, Human Resources, an Ethics Liaison, Security, the Legal Department, directly to the Ethics Office, or by making a report using the form or phone number below. The easiest and most effective way to report an ethics issue is to contact the Ethics & Compliance team directly or make a report below using your name. This enables us to get all the facts that we need to ensure that your problem/question is resolved correctly the first time. You can be assured that we will keep your report confidential to the maximum extent practicable. As an alternative, you can use the links below to report anonymously. Please note that the Ethics Point tool will allow us to communicate back and forth with you anonymously which may be valuable in fully understanding your concern.

Please note that generally Ethics does not investigate concerns about the content of performance reviews, performance ratings, or the content of a performance improvement plan or other personnel decisions. Those are best discussed and addressed with Human Resources and management. However, if you believe these actions are potentially connected to retaliation or discrimination, making an Ethics report may be appropriate.

When making a report, please do not include CUI/FOUO/ITAR/EAR or other sensitive company or government data in your initial submission through Ethics Point.
