The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation believes that effective philanthropy requires clear communication and respectful relationships with grantees. One way we learn about our relationships with grantees is to provide a means for grantees to give us feedback on how well the Foundation is serving their needs. Your responses are gathered by a third party, and no identifying information is collected, so all answers can remain anonymous and confidential if you wish.
You have the option of providing feedback for one or more of several categories. When you select a feedback category on the subsequent page, you will be directed to a short questionnaire where you will be asked to answer a few questions and given an opportunity to offer general comments about how we’re meeting your needs in that area.
Or, if you prefer to provide your feedback via telephone, click here.
