All staff and partners are expected to maintain and uphold our values as stated in our Code of Conduct which contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

Raising a concern can be daunting. We are committed to ensuring that concerns are taken seriously. That is why Sound Physicians uses EthicsPoint. EthicsPoint is a system created by a third-party vendor, NAVEX, contracted by Sound Physicians to support a comprehensive and confidential reporting mechanism for our employees, hospital partners, and patients. Please use EthicsPoint with confidence, knowing the external tool to report any concerns will remain confidential and anonymous at your request.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
