Compliance Services

Presence Health and its affiliated organizations are committed to conducting its business with integrity and in accordance with all federal, state and local laws. Presence Health’s Compliance Program is a reflection of the Mission and Core Values of our organization. We believe our organizational integrity is a critical element of our accountability to our Sponsors, our community and ourselves. As a colleague or business partner of Presence Health you have an obligation to report suspected or known violations of law, our policies, or our Code of Conduct. To be effective in carrying out this historic and sacred mission, Presence Health has established the Presence Health Compliance Line. The Compliance Line is a telephonic and web-based reporting system that provides a way to report instances of suspected fraud, waste and abuse.

Presence Health has an "open door policy" that permits employees, independent contractors and agents to present any suspected violations of federal, state and local law as well as our Code of Conduct. Employees, physicians, volunteers, business associates and business partners are encouraged to contact their immediate supervisor, manager, their designated compliance officer or Presence Health’s Chief Compliance Officer regarding any question or suspected violation of legal or regulatory requirements. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please call the Compliance Line at 855-737-3755 or you may report by clicking on the “Make a Report” button to the left. The Compliance Line is operated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is managed by an outside company. This will ensure that all information received through the Compliance Line will be confidential. Presence Health maintains a strict non-retaliation policy which means anyone reporting a concern in good faith will not be retaliated against for submitting their complaint. Presence Health’s Compliance Services Department appropriately reviews and investigates all reported concerns.

Compliance is the responsibility of every member of the Presence Health community and its business partners. We expect everyone's actions to reflect the ethical standards set forth in our Code of Conduct. By doing so, you can help to maintain our reputation as a leader in the health care industry and a model of integrity and compliance.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
