If you see or suspect unethical or illegal behavior, you may report your concerns anonymously via Optimer’s Ethics and Compliance Hotline.
Optimer encourages employees and contractors to disclose legitimate concerns over suspected wrongdoing in a responsible and effective manner without fear of reprisal. Individuals may choose to identify themselves and will not suffer any retaliatory action for reporting or inquiring in good faith. Retaliation against any individual for making a good faith disclosure will not be tolerated.
An external company will be managing the intake of information with trained interview specialists. After the intake is complete, a report will be provided to designated Optimer personnel for appropriate action. Reports will be handled promptly and discreetly; however, sufficient and detailed information is necessary to conduct a thorough investigation. Understanding and acting upon any issues that exist regarding financial, accounting, audit or other matters is an essential component to Optimer’s ability to take action and ensure the highest levels of financial fidelity and corporate integrity.
