After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

The Hornbeck Offshore Ethics Helpline is managed by an independent third party named EthicsPoint. This system enhances communication and empowers our employees, customers, business partners, stakeholders and the general public to assist us in promoting safety, security, and ethical behavior. Our Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer and/or the Audit Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors monitor calls. All calls are documented, and those reports that are deemed to be substantive are investigated.

We encourage all stakeholders to report suspected violations of laws, regulations, the Code, policies, and procedures as well as unethical conduct (regardless of whether such conduct violates the law) in addition to suspected financial irregularities and fraud. We also want to hear your positive comments, too -- things that we are doing well or that could be improved.
If you wish to provide a name, telephone number, email address, or another means of contacting you so that the Company can obtain additional information, please feel free to do so. Otherwise, you may report anonymously, but please be sure to provide sufficient detail so that the allegation can be properly investigated. In accordance with federal law, the Company cannot and will not retaliate against persons who make a good faith report of a suspected violation of law or of our Code.
