Our Mission

It is the policy of the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent (FBGC) to conduct business according to the highest ethical standards to maintain the complete confidence of our volunteers, employees, and donors. Volunteers and employees must conduct their personal affairs and manage their business transactions in a manner that does not result in adverse criticism from the public or in any way damage FBGC’s reputation as a responsible non-profit agency.

It is the policy of the FBGC to fully comply with the intent and spirit of all applicable laws and regulations. The FBGC expects its volunteers and employees to use good judgment, to apply the highest ethical standards and to refrain from any form of illegal, dishonest, or unethical behavior.

It is the responsibility for each employee to be familiar and comply with the FBGC’S Code of Conduct.

Reports made to EthicsPoint will remain confidential and anonymous. Any employee may contact EthicsPoint and the Ethics Hotline, in good faith, to report violations of any of the policies in the Employee Manual, any violation of the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent Procedure, or any concern regarding the operation of the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent and obligations and/or services to its agencies or the public. The individual need not identify him/herself and his/her communication will be kept confidential to the extent possible while allowing the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent to investigate and respond.

Our goal is to assure and enhance the integrity, people, processes and assets needed by all stakeholders of the FBGC. FBGC guarantees that employee reports are anonymous and reports submitted via EthicsPoint are confidential. We appreciate your support and cooperation.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 2 - 3 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
