Anonymous & Confidential Reporting Hotline

The University strongly encourages all persons to report unethical or questionable conduct through channels that the University establishes for such reporting. While University management expects you to bring forward any concerns to your direct supervisor, the Anonymous & Confidential Reporting Hotline provides an alternative channel for you to communicate your concerns. This allows any person to report activities that may involve unethical or otherwise inappropriate activity or behavior in violation of Northeastern University's established policies and procedures.

All reports submitted to EthicsPoint are protected under the Whistleblower Policy.

You may file a report to Northeastern University online or telephone.

How it works

Reports are submitted to EthicsPoint, an independent third party company. Upon submission of a report, EthicsPoint will promptly forward the report to Audit & Advisory Services for review. Based on the nature of the report, Audit & Advisory Services will consult and/or forward the report to the appropriate University personnel. All reports will be investigated promptly and discreetly, receiving careful consideration with the objective of addressing any improper conduct or violation of University policy.

If you file a report through EthicsPoint, you are encouraged to return to the website or call back after 5 business days. The University may have information for you regarding your report, or may request additional information from you that is necessary in order to complete an initial review. If you have questions about the Hotline or the type of activity the Hotline is set-up to address, please contact Audit & Advisory Services at 617-373-4041.
