Our Commitment

You should feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you have a good faith belief violations of University or other legal requirements have occurred. In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint.

Unless you choose to disclose your name, the information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. Your comments will be heard. Follow up steps will depend on the nature of the report, the amount of information provided, and other University policies, requirements, and collective bargaining agreements.

You also may have an obligation under law or University policy or other requirements to report perceived violations. In the event you are uncertain about your reporting obligation, please consult with the Office of Internal Audit.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

  • Dial toll-free, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-7 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
