The Eyak Corporation and Subsidiaries' Ethics & Compliance Program has been established to remind all our employees and agents of their responsibility to act in an ethical and professional manner in all business dealings in the government contracting arena.

Company Values

The Ethics & Compliance Program begins with our Company values. These values govern the way we conduct business and include:

Annual Training

As an important part of our Ethics & Compliance Program, annual training is provided to all employees. The power point from the most recent training sessions in 2014 can be found as attachments under the "Resources" link above.

Reporting Violations

As employees of The Eyak Corporation or a subsidiary, we all have a responsibility to ensure that our companies' actions are in compliance with the law and our Company values. Your input as an employee is valued and needed. Please use one of the options below to immediately report any concern or belief of ethical misconduct you observe.

Reported Violations will be held in confidence and no retaliatory actions will be taken against employees for reporting alleged violations.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
