Thank you for visiting the UL Global Ethics Helpline

The UL Global Ethics helpline allows UL staff, clients, suppliers, and other parties who have a working relationship with UL to ask questions and to report incidents of suspected illegal or unethical business activity. An independent company, NAVEX, operates the Helpline on the EthicsPoint platform. Use of the UL Global Ethics Helpline is voluntary. By reporting concerns, you are protecting the reputation and integrity of UL’s People, Company, and Mark.

Use the dial-In instructions or select a location under MAKE A REPORT if you are concerned that illegal or unethical business activity may have occurred or if you have an ethics question or concern. Although reports can be made anonymously where legally permitted, UL prefers that you identify yourself so that UL can obtain all facts and properly investigate your allegations. All reports, including your details, are treated in confidence. The phone number and email address you provide will only be used to contact you regarding this report. Anonymous reporters are encouraged to return to the submitted report to check for feedback and follow-up questions.

Use the FOLLOW UP ON A REPORT link to check on the status of a previously filed report or to provide additional information or documentation.

Use the RESOURCES tab to access UL’s Standards of Business Conduct and other policies that govern how UL does business and how to contact UL’s Ethics & Compliance Office directly.
