We are Interface

OUR COMMITMENT is to conduct business in accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards. Our Core Values represent who we are, how we see the world, how we treat one another, our external customers and stakeholders, and how we approach our work every day. Failing to live up to these standards puts Interface’s name, reputation for integrity, and business at risk. While Interface strives to achieve business success and market leadership by doing right; achieving results through unethical business practices is not tolerated. Interface’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the Code) provides guidance in understanding business ethics at Interface.

The Board of Directors and Executive management team of Interface appreciates your support and cooperation as we all do our part to conduct business in accordance with our mission and core values.

Confidential Reporting

Interface provides a Fraud and Ethics hotline and webline, through EthicsPoint, to provide a simple, risk-free way to anonymously and confidentially report actual or suspected financial activities that may involve criminal conduct or violations of Interface’s Code of Conduct. Subject to local laws and regulations, reports submitted via EthicsPoint remain confidential, and your identity anonymous, unless you indicate otherwise. Reports may be filed in multiple languages.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a “report key.” Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After five to six business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions. To report a human resource matter, please contact either your local or our Corporate Human Resource Department.

Zero Tolerance for Retaliation

To ensure a safe, ethical, and compliant workplace, we must feel safe speaking up. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports suspected misconduct. We also do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who assists with an investigation. We will hold accountable any employee who threatens or retaliates against an employee who, in good faith, reports actual or suspected misconduct or who assists with an investigation. Disciplinary measures for retaliation may include termination of employment.

Investigations

When an employee speaks up, we follow through to resolve the issue. All Interface employees must cooperate fully in any investigation that involves them. We do not tolerate reports made in bad faith.

If an investigation uncovers misconduct, we will take steps to hold the responsible parties accountable. Those steps may include termination of employment and/or legal action.
