Interface provides a Fraud and Ethics hotline and webline, through EthicsPoint, to provide a simple, risk-free way to anonymously and confidentially report actual or suspected financial activities that may involve criminal conduct or violations of Interface’s Code of Conduct. Subject to local laws and regulations, reports submitted via EthicsPoint remain confidential, and your identity anonymous, unless you indicate otherwise. Reports may be filed in multiple languages.
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a “report key.” Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After five to six business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
