Rockford University is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. We are committed to an environment where open and honest communications are the expectation, not the exception.
Rockford University's Employee Handbook and Student Handbook, both housed on the University portal, contain general guidelines for each community member’s ethical behavior. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or other Rockford University entity, as appropriate, in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report, Rockford University has implemented a hotline, hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint. The hotline provides a simple and confidential way to report activities that may involve misconduct or violation of Rockford University policies.
We encourage all faculty, staff, students, administrators, or other concerned parties to use this hotline to report suspected or wrongful acts of conduct by Rockford University community members. You may file an anonymous report online here, or by calling 855.372.0663.
If you are a student and your concern involves a possible violation of the Academic Honor Code, please make your report by following the process outlined in the Student Handbook.
