Check the status of a report you have already made to SpeakUp.

It is important you follow up on a concern you have submitted. This allows you to retrieve questions, answers, and status updates posted to you by the Diageo case investigation manager. To follow up on an existing concern, please enter the report key provided to you and password you created when you initially submitted your concern.

What should I do if I lose my report key or forget the password I created?

Because of the high level of security that is maintained for these reports, if you lose your report key or password, you will need to file a new report. Mention in the new report that it is related to a report you previously filed.
