After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

The Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, and the senior management team at HMT want your input if you have suggestions, or want to report concerns or misconduct. HMT also requires all employees and officers report any incident or situation which may potentially violate the law or its Code of Conduct to its Compliance Officer. However, we know that sometimes you may want to do this in a manner that is confidential and anonymous as well as toll-free and convenient. To provide that option for you, we have contracted with EthicsPoint. You can make a report to them either through the internet or by a toll-free call using whatever language is easiest for you. When you make a report to EthicsPoint, the information you provide will be sent to the HMT Compliance Officer on an absolutely confidential and anonymous basis.
When you make a report to EthicsPoint, the information you provide them will be sent on a totally confidential and anonymous basis to HMT and you have our promise that your comments will be heard.
We believe that the continuing success of HMT requires that we maintain high ethical standards and integrity throughout our Company and that we protect our critical assets, including our people, physical assets, and our information.
