Make a Report Follow-up on a Report

Our Commitment

The National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA), including its subsidiaries, is dedicated to providing a professional and ethical workplace where employees are empowered to do their best work.

As an employee of NRECA you are vital to holding yourself and your colleagues to the Standards of Conduct. If you suspect there may be a violation, you are expected to report the issue to your manager, Human Resources or through this hotline. Creating an ethical and professional workplace is a team effort involving the participation and support of every employee.

NRECA will investigate all reports and prohibits retaliation for any report made in good-faith. To ensure employees have a place to anonymously and confidentially report suspected violations we have partnered with EthicsPoint, a third-party hotline provider. The NRECA hotline is our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
