The Office of Business Integrity (OBI)
The OBI is a confidential and trusted resource fully dedicated to supporting our company values and promoting a culture where employees can be comfortable speaking up. The OBI takes confidentiality very seriously and handles all reports and related investigations accordingly. Per the Teva Code of Conduct, Teva has a strict non-retaliation policy which is enforced to provide protection for employees who communicate with the OBI; Teva will not tolerate any form of retaliation against anyone for making a good faith report of a potential violation.

We are all expected to do what is right, to use the resources outlined in our Code of Conduct, and to take responsibility for our actions. Teva encourages and supports employees’ speaking up about actual or suspected violations of the Code, policies or law. You will not be penalized for reporting what you believe, in good faith, to be a breach of the Code – even if it later turns out that a violation has not occurred.
