If you believe a violation of VF’s Code of Business Conduct or the law may have occurred, we encourage you to raise your concern with local management. If you prefer, you can submit a report using this website or by calling the Ethics Helpline.

When you raise a good faith concern, VF management will support you and you will not be subject to retaliation. We promise to address your concerns promptly and discreetly.

Independent Third Party

The website and helpline are managed by an independent third-party service provider, and you can request to speak with someone in your local language.

Anonymous Reporting

When you call the helpline, you can identify yourself or you can choose to make an anonymous report. Please note that in some countries, due to local laws, anonymous reporting may be limited. If that is the case, the representative will let you know.

International Dialing

Some restrictions may apply when using the international dialing instructions. For example, you may not be able to place a call to the helpline from your mobile phone in a few countries. We very much want to hear from you. If you experience difficulty with international dialing, please submit a report online through this site. Follow the instructions on this page under “To File a Report.”

To File a Report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service: Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
