After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

We encourage you to submit reports relating to violations of policies or standards, Ryan Specialty’s Code of Conduct, Insider Trading Violations, Regulation FD Complaints, Whistleblower Violations as well as to ask for guidance or provide positive suggestions and stories.

Information reported to the Helpline is entered in a secure database that is located in the United States and is Managed by Ryan Specialty’s Senior Management and Human Resources Department, with the assistance of a third party vendor, EthicsPoint. If you make and inquiry or report to the Helpline, you are consenting to this information being collected, obtained, processed, and included, in the database located in the United States, a legal jurisdiction that may not, offer data protections considered adequate in your home country. EthicsPoint and Ryan Specialty have, however, implemented reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to safeguard and protect all Ryan Specialty employees’ personal data included in the database against accidental or unlawful access, disclosure, loss, theft, modification or misuse. Additionally, Ryan Specialty have established a Data Transfer Agreement, which details the data control measures agree to by each party for any transfer of personal data.
