After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Our Commitment

At Adobe, operating with integrity, being ethical and treating others with respect is at the heart of Adobe’s culture and our Code of Business Conduct. If situations arise that you feel threaten our values or our reputation, we rely on you to help us by speaking up. While we hope you feel comfortable approaching your manager in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred, we recognize there may be situations where you prefer to place a report in confidence. In such situations, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint.

Incidents you report may pertain to:

  • Ethics and compliance issues, such as financial reporting, insider trading or antitrust regulations
  • Employee relations and human resources, such as harassment, discrimination, scheduling/time abuse or disciplinary action
  • Loss prevention and asset protection, such as threats and violence, alcohol/drug abuse, workers' compensation fraud or internal theft
  • Environmental health and safety, such as OSHA violations, hazardous waste disposal or product tampering

In addition to reporting violations, you may use this hotline to request guidance related to policies and procedure, or to provide suggestions and positive examples. Be assured that you will never be retaliated against or punished in any way for reporting your concerns in good faith.
