Our Commitment

SPIE is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone at our events and in our workplace; an experience that embraces the richness of diversity where participants may exchange ideas, learn, network, and socialize in the company of colleagues in an environment of mutual human respect. SPIE does not tolerate harassment, in any form, of event participants, attendees, exhibitors, contractors, facility/hotel personnel, or staff. Our Anti-Harassment Policy contains instructions for reporting harassment.

We have provided this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint, to submit reports relating to violations stated in our Whistleblower Policy, Anti-Harassment Policy and Guidelines for Ethical Publishing.

The information you provide will be sent to the appropriate person by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard. Please remember that choosing to remain anonymous may hinder SPIE’s ability to conduct a complete investigation.
