The College expects any report of a violation will be made in good faith, and that it will reflect a real and legitimate concern that you believe should be addressed. All reports involving a violation are treated seriously and will be fully investigated to determine the facts and resolution appropriate under the circumstances.
This reporting system is not intended to replace or supersede normal managerial and Human Resources communication channels.
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
