Guardian has a long history of superior performance achieved through the hard work and integrity of its employees. The key to this continued success in a fast changing world is our commitment to our MBM Guiding Principles. These Guiding Principles are the values and beliefs that we all share, the things we all have in common in the workplace, and the core elements of our success.

These Guiding Principles ensure that Guardian is committed to conducting all of our business affairs lawfully and with integrity, throughout the world no matter where we do business. We all have the responsibility and expectation to hold ourselves to the highest legal and ethical standards, even if that means the loss of a business opportunity. Achieving these standards requires vigilance and a way to speak up when you see something that may fall short of what is consistent with our Guiding Principles or Code of Conduct. You can always report any of your concerns to:

  • Your immediate supervisor,
  • Any member of management,
  • Any local or corporate Human Resources Leader,
  • Any lawyer in the Legal Department, or
  • Any representative from the Compliance & Ethics Office

You can also report your concerns using the Compliance & Ethics Helpline, either by phone or via this website. We have partnered with EthicsPoint, an external, independent company, to host and manage the Helpline. The Helpline is located and operated in the U.S. Reports made to the Helpline are confidential and may be made anonymously, where permitted by local law.

The Compliance & Ethics Office urges you to provide specific and detailed information. Without detailed information, our ability to investigate and resolve issues may be reduced significantly. You can be assured that every concern will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. You have our commitment that any form of retaliation, retribution or harassment against any employee who, in good faith, asks a question or raises a concern will not be tolerated.
