After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service:
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.

Our Commitment

Villanova University is an institution with strong values of community, responsibility and integrity. As a community, we hold ourselves to the high standards set forth in our Mission Statement, University policies and the Student Code of Conduct.

Villanova University supports an environment of open, honest communications, and encourages community members to approach appropriate University personnel in instances where they believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

However, in situations where you prefer to place a report on an anonymous basis or through an outside party, Villanova has implemented the EthicsPoint hotline. This comprehensive and confidential reporting tool, administered by a third party unaffiliated with Villanova, is intended to assist the University and all members of its community to address violations of University policies and the Student Code of Conduct, and to promote a positive work and learning environment.

The information you provide to EthicsPoint will be shared with the appropriate University personnel, on an anonymous basis if you should choose. While you may choose to make an anonymous report, please know that by not revealing your name, it may hamper the University's ability to investigate or resolve your complaint. Also know that Villanova prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, makes a complaint, voices a concern or cooperates in an investigation.

This hotline supplements regular University reporting avenues, and members of the Villanova community are encouraged to use it, whenever necessary.
