Our Commitment

The Topcon family of companies is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. We comport ourselves and conduct out business with the highest standards of ethics. Every employee is important and every employee counts.

Topcon is dedicated to creating and maintaining an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your manager, the legal department or human resources in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. The Open Door Policy is a key element of our commitment to our employees and to our business.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, or if you prefer not to speak directly with a Topcon manager, the legal department or human resources, you are encouraged to use this portal or the toll-free hotline, maintained by the Company for this purpose. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations of policies or practices detailed in our Company handbook or Company Code of Conduct. You may also ask for guidance related to policies and procedure and/or provide positive suggestions.

The information you provide will be collected and sent to us by EthicsPoint. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
